Meet Catherine

My life was amazing, until it wasn't. In 2020, my beloved husband of nearly 24 year was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. Our world was shattered.

Determined to take what I learned during this devastating time and help others through the journey of grief as I had been helped. My life has changed. I created my life from what was supposed to be our life.

Whatever the pain, block, grief, or crises, let's talk and see if working with me is the right thingfor you.

Let's grab a virtual coffee.

Grief Recovery Guide and Brain Change Facilitator

Grief is a journey, not a destination.

I help individuals navigate the path of loss, honoring their loved ones while finding ways to move forward with purpose. Together, we address the fears and negative habits that grief can bring, such as isolation or overwhelm, transforming them into opportunities for growth.

If you or someone you know is ready to rediscover life while keeping the past close to their heart, let’s connect.

Focus Forward

The goal is to get from where you are to where you want to be.

A Focus Forward Session is all about creating the plan to move you forward. We'll talk about where you are and where you want to be and how to best get there.

Custom Session

Grief. Traumatic Events. Negative Emotions. They seem impossible to release from our lives.

While we cannot avoid them, we can recover from the Significant Emotional Events (SEE) that cause blocks in our lives. Blocks that keep us from being the person we wish we could be.

Bach Flowers

Bach Flower Remedies are a natural form of healing developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s.

They are based on the idea that emotional imbalances can lead to physical illness, and restoring emotional harmony can improve overall well-being.

Core Wound Healing

At the core of our being is a belief created in our unconscious mind at a young age. This belief is a lie.

And that lie will trick you into believing you are less than.

Discover the Core Wound, unravel the lie, live to your fullest potential.

One-To-One

Let's have a virtual cup of coffee (or tea) and get to know each other.

This meeting allows for each of us to talk about ourselves and our businesses 30 minutes each.
